I started Lighter Living because I was frustrated—wanting to feel better, lose weight, and keep up with life’s demands without the overwhelm.

By my mid-thirties, the usual “eat less, move more” approach just didn’t work. My weight crept up, stress piled on, and I felt stuck in a cycle of exhaustion and frustration.

But I realised something powerful: when I felt good in myself, everything else became easier.

That’s why I created a fun, sustainable approach to weight loss—one that works with real life, not against it.

With years of attaining a range of qualifications in wellbeing and health related topics (including NHS-accredited coaching), I’m here to help you get results without the guilt, restriction, or stress.
